Meagan & Brett

Christmas is coming close and I just wanted to start by saying,

Merry Christmas

to You all!

It is not very often that a couple starts their wedding with a bible verse so I wanted to start by sharing this very important verse of Meagan and Brett's with you.

Ephesians 2:8 

For it is by Grace you have been saved, through faith, this is not from yourselves, it is a gift from God.

Meagan and Brett were married on November 19, 2016

at Bethel Church in Cedar Lake, Indiana

and their reception was at

the beautiful 

Croatian Center Banquet hall.

Meagan's sister and mom prepare her to see the rest of the girls right before the wedding.

as Brett takes a few minutes to get ready to see his beautiful bride.

Oh and go outside and brave the very cold weather we had on this day.

This is one of those moments I would have loved to be there to hear what they were laughing about. 

But my husband said what the guys do stays with the guys.

Hahah

The girls were smart and stayed inside where we could stay warm and may I add Absolutely Stunning!!

I also have to brag on the flowers.

These are wooden flowers that looked so real you had to touch them.

Now

I try not to share to many special moments

because

I like the bride and groom to share them for the first time together but her a just a few of my favorites.

This man was amazing. I could have listened to him forever!

These 3 did amazing and like always they stole the show!

One of my all time favorite pictures is the groom watching his bride walk up the aisle.

I love the smile on Meagan here!

That moment will always be stuck in my mind as I hope in yours.

Now these next two were taken at the same time one by my husband and one by myself. 

This look is what it is all about.

The look of content and aww. 

I hope and pray that as the years pass by that this look will never change!

The first dance

But I am going to end with these 2 photos.

I love being a wedding photographer and I love capturing special moments on this very amazing day.

Marriage is about Love, Faith and hope. Not only in God but in ourselves.

This Dance is the dance of marriage!

The dance is to celebrate marriage.

The wisdom that came from these 2 who have been married the longest has stuck in my head for days! 

More that 50 years and counting and what

He said, was

LOVE

her forever and never give up even on the days you like her the least.

Its not about how she treats you but how you treat her!

A room full of friend and family that Meagan and Brett watch and love!

Love is Patient, love is kind.

 It does not envy, to does not boast, it is not proud.

It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.

It always protects,  always trusts, always hope, always preservers.

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love.

But the greatest of these is love.
