Mr. & Mrs. Dyke's Wedding Day
October 6, 2018
Every Family has a story...
Welcome to the beginning of a very special day in this amazing families story!
The day that Kristen takes Phil's name and becomes Mrs. Dyke.
Our day started in Schererville, Indiana at Hampton Inn.
The girls were getting their hair finished
and the beautiful bride was finishing up with her makeup.
There was a little talk and worry about the rain messing up the first look
but it managed to work with us.
My husband grabbed a special gift from the bride to take to the groom
and he was off to the grooms house.
The girls helped me with a few detail pictures,
and wow are they great helpers!
I think we might have a photographer in the making.
Brooklyn helped organize and put everything in its place
and even had some great ideas.
The boots with the wedding dress were all her.
Doesn't their hair look perfect!
Priceless!!
Love this one!
Time for mommy to get ready to see daddy!
The girls were so excited.
Daddies turn.
Time to open those gifts with a little fun first.
The watch was the important one!
Not a drop of rain till we pulled out of the parking lot!!
Thanks God for a perfect window with no rain.
The emotions were very high at the first look so I will only share a few
and let Phil and Kristen show you the rest.
What a very special moment!
Shhhh here she comes.
Time for some fun with the camera.
Meet the bridal party.
Are you ready
because here comes your bride.
Kristen had her dad and step dad walk her down the aisle.
What a special moment to have them both!
Time to celebrate!
3 generations!
Phil I love how you look at Kristen!
I look at thing just a little different.
I look for the feelings in a picture and you sure can see this one!
My favorite moment will always be this one!
Another puzzle piece added
to the picture
we call life.
An amazing journey ahead that only you two will control.
Enjoy the life God has given just for you.
As Kristen said,
to us on their engagement session
"God gave me you".
Congratulations!
Love is patient,
love is kind.
It does not envy,
it does not boast,
it is not proud.
It does not dishonor others,
it is not self-seeking,
it is not easily angered,
it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects,
always trusts,
always hopes,
always perseveres.
