The night before the wedding was spent with friends and family,

hot glue and maybe just a few cookies to set up or maybe snack on.

The details were in place and a little sleep was in order before the big day could arrive.

They woke to the weather man calling for rain and temperatures in the 70's.

The house was quiet as my husband and I arrived.

The bride's hair was done and a few more touches of makeup

and this beautiful bride would be ready for the fastest day of her life.

The rain fell silently to wish them a strong and happy wedding

because you know a Wet Knot is the Strongest.

The guys were slowly arriving next door and our day was about to start.

The rain was slow and steady but you know what... 

It didn't slow them down and if I do say so myself,

we made some very beautiful pictures while playing in the rain.
