Mr. & Mrs. Deprosperis' Wedding Day
November 30, 2019
I seem to always start this story out on the wedding day
but this one I will start just a little earlier.
The day I want to talk about is the very special day
that I met this young man.
He walked into my mom's house,
a very shy little boy
that soon warmed up and told me about every video game I could imagine.
You see this day was the day I also met his mom.
The soon to be Mrs. Miller
(Even though we didn't know it at this point)
my brothers amazing wife.
Yes,
Josh is my nephew.
So, you can say this Wedding was very special to myself and my husband!
As I edited these pictures
there were many smile on my face
and sometimes tears in my eyes!
You can say,
I am so very proud of this young man.
I could tell you of the amazing heart this kid has,
the bible verses he has quoted me,
or even the conversations we had on the way to RFKC camp
that will forever make me laugh.
I could tell you of the amazingly beautiful, sweet hearted, twin he fell in love with.
But instead,
let me lay out one of the days that will forever be important in their new life and journey together.
The day they said, "I DO."
The morning started with Josh and Julie on opposite sides of the church getting ready.
We spent the nights before celebrating Thanksgiving,
Josh's birthday and decorations the church.
Every detail was ready and beautifully placed.
The wedding day was ready to go.
Enjoy a small preview
of this windy,
cold
November day
as Josh and Julie
became
Husband and Wife.
Josh and Julie chose a first look to see each other instead of a traditional first look at the alter.
We beat the rain but had to deal with wind
and you know how Josh is with his hair...
but we still played outside for a little bit and I am so glad!
What an amazing moment!
Meet the bridal party.
You need to ask Josh why he was laughing...
It might or might not have something to do with how long he had to kiss Julie.
Still laughing at him.
I just might have had to take advantage of this.
Ok,
I will not show the kissing pictures but they were still great!
Dad's shenanigans...
but we got the pictures we wanted
before they started laughing at Robby.
I think it is time to say,
"Here comes your Bride."
A simple touch can say so much!
It is not very often a mom gets to officiate her son's wedding
so a little emotion is to be expected.
Love is patient,
Love is kind.
It does not envy,
It does not boast.
It is not proud.
It is not rude,
It is not self-seeking.
It is not easily angered,
It keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always preservers.
Love never Fails...
