Demi & Skylar

Once upon a time a boy met a girl...

There is nothing better than watching a young man get on one knee

and proposing to the love of his life!

Demi's mom and sister-in-law contacted us a few months ago to tell us about a surprise

that Demi was going to try to pull off.

From that time a lot had happened,

families were contacted and the secrets started to fall into place.

The plan was too have Brad

take Demi and Skylar

on the boat to go fishing

while the families arrived and set everything up.

Here is how it unfolded. 

The excitement was in the air, at Andrea's house, as late morning turned into afternoon.

The weather was hot and the sky didn't have a cloud in it.

The text came in

and the families loaded into their vehicles to head to the bridge were we would hide

until Demi and Skylar were into place.

My husband headed to a near by neighbors deck to hide because 2 cameras are always better than one.

We now had to wait for the boat to get close.

It was "GO" time.

Skylar and Demi's family quietly got into place putting signs over the edge of the bridge.

This was going to be the best surprise ever

because

not only was Demi going to propose

but all their families would get to see it unfold.

As the boat started coming from under the bridge Demi held Skylar tight as 

I'm sure the nerves of everyone were going crazy.

Andrea yelled to Skylar...

"Skylar we have a question for you"

and
